Tai Chi and Qigong use slow and gentle movements that improve balance, quiet the mind, increase awareness, relieve stress, strengthen the body and improve overall health.
Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for 20 years, Jon has experienced the many benefits of Tai Chi through his own personal transformation and observing that of his students.
He has also studied Tai Chi Push-Hands and healing arts including meditation and acupressure, which he continues to explore as part of his own practice.
Group classes and individual private sessions are offered, either in-person or online, where students are guided through movements and exercises utilizing meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi movement from the Yang-style Long Form. Balance classes provide chairs and use exercises that can be done either seated or standing to accommodate students with a wide range of ability and mobility.
Teaching adults of all ages, Jon continues to deepen his own practice and share the joys of Tai Chi with others.
